This is a career? I’m not dead yet and i get up and get after it every damn day, I’ve been climbing around the world for 20 years , writing, taking photographs and exploring the earths best rock, from Alaska to Argentina from Africa to Europe … does that count?

Matt Lloyd began climbing as soon as he could walk. These days however, he climbs mountains, canyons, frozen ice columns and everything in between. He’s the epitome of an outdoorsman who lives in the relentless pursuit of nature, adventure and the discovery of his own personal edge. Matt’s climbing style is laser focused, fueled by a cause greater than himself, and armed with the tools to help pursue his life purpose with vigor.

Born in South Africa, but at home in Denver, Colorado, Matt is renowned in the free solo climbing world for his style, precision, technical prowess, mental fitness and endurance.
