Emily is from New Orleans, Louisiana and graduated from the University of New Orleans with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology. She has recently moved to Colorado to pursue her education and is planning on attending physical therapy school. Since a young age she has been passionate about her health. Emily enjoys taking a holistic approach to wellness, incorporating the mental, physical, and emotional bodies. She enjoys all that Colorado has to offer - skiing, hiking, paddleboarding and new adventures!
