OUTDOOR COLD PLUNGE THERAPY AND SAUNA

Get the Edge on Recovery

Professional athletes regularly use ice baths as part of their recovery routine. After a game, practice, or intense workout, many athletes take a 10-20 minute ice bath to reduce inflammation and soreness. Ice baths can also reduce core body temperature, which can help athletes cool down and prepare for the phase of their recovery. Oftentimes, athletes often use ice baths in combination with other recovery methods like stretching and massage, to ensure they are in peak physical condition for their next competition. Ice baths can also be a great tool for preventing injury and ensuring athletes stay healthy and injury-free.

Cold Plunge Therapy

Cold plunge therapy is quickly becoming one of the most popular recovery methods among athletes and sports enthusiasts. This type of therapy helps reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and decrease muscle soreness. It also aids in the body’s natural healing process and helps you recover faster from intense workouts. The cold water helps reduce muscle swelling and pain, allowing for a quicker return to peak performance.

Sauna Benefits

Saunas provide a variety of benefits, including improved circulation, increased metabolism, and improved sleep. Saunas are even known to reduce stress and anxiety levels, making them a great option for mental relaxation. Additionally, the heat helps to reduce lactic acid buildup in the muscles, which can decrease muscle fatigue and help you get back to peak performance quickly.
