Vanessa was born in Chihuahua, Mexico and moved to Denver, Colorado at a young age. She played volleyball for 7 years and is no stranger to injuries. She has always been interested in the human body so she began her career as a certified EMT. She recently graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver in May 2022 with her degree in Athletic Training and joined our team in November 2022. She has experience working with many high school and collegiate athletic trainers across the metro area and enjoys helping athletes come back stronger after injuries. She is also working towards her Strength and Conditioning Certification (CSCS) to incorporate into her rehabilitation techniques and improve the strength of her athletes.
